Payment solutions provider Ryft has partnered with Future Ticketing, a software solution for ticketing companies, to offer customers an additional payment option.
Under the agreement, Future Ticketing will integrate Ryft into its API and software solution, allowing its clients to select Ryft as their preferred payment provider. The deal aims to empower venues and events to sell tickets more seamlessly and efficiently.
In addition to offering an additional payment option, Ryft will provide customer service support to ensure faster responses to any payment-related issues.
Ann Marie Guinan, Chief Marketing Officer at Future Ticketing, commented: “We want our customers to have choice and flexibility when it comes to choosing the best partners that suit their business needs.
“Ryft was easy to integrate into our platform due to its advanced technology that matches the strength of our product, flexibility to ensure the partnership’s success, and a strong relationship with the business to enable ongoing improvement and added value for our clients.”
Ryft operates as a unified payment platform, with the company’s end-to-end solution facilitating PSD2 compliance, automating payouts, monetising transactions for digital platforms and diversifying payment options, often cited as a common issue in the digital ticketing industry.
Sadra Hosseini, CEO and Co-Founder of Ryft, remarked: “Working with Future Ticketing is an exciting opportunity for us. Their leadership in the ticketing software sector makes them an ideal profile for Ryft, and we are confident that our solutions will bring considerable value to their platform and users.
“By integrating Ryft, they are addressing a long-term issue that’s affected the digital ticketing industry and ensuring their customers have ample choice when it comes to payments.”
Ryft has announced several partnerships this year as it continues to grow. Earlier this year, the fintech company partnered with online payments firm Clearhaus to enhance the latter’s expansion plans across Europe.
